"Had a worst experience. Lack of hygiene and insufficient tool sanitization at the salon raises concerns about the possibility of spreading infections. When I raised this concern, she adamantly denied service. Stay away from this place and stay safe!"

"I had the worst barber service at this place. I showed her a picture of hair design, and she obviously did not know how to cut it like that. Then she got upset and insulted me. She was the rudest server in my life even though she ruined my hair. I am not even sure if she was licensed. Also, she said that she would not even accept the card payment and told me to go to a gas station to get cash. Everyone is charged extra for that cash out and I don't even think she does the business legally. I will never go there and suggest not to be there."

"It had been a couple of years since I'd been in here, but I decided to stop anyway as I only needed a trim around my neckline and ears and didn't want to pay for a full hair cut at one of the other barbers around. The place had been rearranged since the last time I was there and some new equipment was present. One person was in the chair, another was waiting and then me. A few minutes passed and the man in the chair left. The other guy took his seat and the owner/stylist disappeared for 15 minutes. I looked around the corner to see her eating. I get it, people need to eat, but don't make customers wait. The man finally stood and left then the lady came and got me. I told her I just needed a trim and even ran my hands just a few fingers' width above my ears. She asked me clipper level and I said, "One." She then proceeded to take that "1" all the way up to my crown. I stopped her and said that's not what I wanted and she said, "Oh," before continuing. Next thing I know I'm nearly razor-bald. I could have done that at home with my own clippers! She told me I was done but there were numerous places where the remaining hair was not even and I pointed them out where upon she fixed them. She then asked for full price and I countered with half-price since she did try to fix her mistake. She then yelled at me to go. "Leave!" she yelled. My only satisfaction was a new customer and his wife came in and when I started on her about FUBAR'ing my hair they left. Now it's getting cold and I'm back to where I was this summer when I shaved my head. [Update:] After showering this morning I noticed even more 'mistakes' in my haircut."
