"I disagree with the bad reviews tanya and the rest of her staff really help me. Give me the best price and always friendly Tanya is a true blessing in my eyes"
"Got a loan on a revolver. Loan amount was fair. The people there were friendly and professional. The loan was handled in a smooth and expedient manner. Also, the cleanest pawn shop I've ever been in."
"Picked up a couple deals at this pawn shop. Got a few sterling silver rings for which I was pleased. Always ask if you could do a bundle deal when buying they may just do it if the item has recently been on sale. We will be back in the future thank you for awesome customer service."
"This pawnshop broke my cordless hedge trimmer like the battery is all busted up and it won't take a charge now and it's not that old I've only used it a handful of times so when I called then took it back to them(the following day) they did what they could to talk their way out of fixing the issue including blame me, after 45 min of this all they did was pay me the $60 I paid to get it out of pawn. I mean it's a $190 trimmer used maybe 6 times and they give me a broken trimmer and $60. Since when is it cool to brake someone else's stuff and not replace it? Plus customer service, what? They are rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. I have a $500 back pack blower in there I'm about to pick up and I'm bringing my lawyer friend with me when I go. What a joke"
"look I ranked the store a two out of five because I haven’t shopped there I only tried to sell something. that being said I sold some AirPods to them for $25. I to work at a pawnshop so I’m not complaining about the price. I totally understand they have to make a profit out of what they sell. what I’m complaining about is the customer service that I was treated with. i’m not going to say any names because I do not like to affect anyone’s job. but this worker was very rude from the jump, when I was being respectful. And I hope you don’t think that I took it the wrong way either. I know when someone’s being rude. the worker kept belittling me asking me questions on why I couldn’t go to another pawnshop, or why I couldn’t of just done it at my own Pawn Shop. I mentioned because it was really busy. And I left early. Didn’t think that would be the right thing to do. the worker kept shaking there head at me and like I said, simply being rude. But, back to my point earlier, I’m not complaining about the price. But the worker would not have no wiggle room whatsoever. I’d ask if they can bump it up five dollars, the worker straight up said no. And I understand if she said no but she said “nope” in the rudest way possible. Top Dollar Pawn would never. They are blunt with there prices. But they are definitely negotiable. Maybe I’m over reacting but, like I said, very rude. Again the money part is besides the point. Just a very bad experience. like I said I didn’t shop so I couldn’t tell you about that. looked like they had some nice stuff tho."
