"I have been to Sportclips in 6 states. This is hands down the best run Sportclips I've ever been to. It's clean, efficient, has friendly staff, and is just an exceptional experience. Also, Wesley is a genius with cutting curly hair. He is exceptionally meticulous (which you need for curly hair) and is honestly the best hair cutter I've ever had across the 9 states I've lived in."

"I use SportClips often. I like it because of the online check-in and how there are lots of locations, so I can get my haircut when I’m at work, at home, even visiting other states. This store was the first store I have ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for even though I checked in online and showed up at the approximate time. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. I don’t understand how that happened but I suspect there was some mistakes with the store because there were only 2 stylists available. In Addition I’ve always been greeted when I walk in the door at SportClips. This makes it so everyone gets checked in or put on the waitlist. This store didn’t greet me, no one came to the front to say hello and ask if I checked in online. I think the store owner needs to work with the the franchise to figure out how to make their approximate wait times more like other stores. This defeats the entire purpose of an online check in system."

"First and last time trying this place and business. Asked Jennifer to trim the sides and back with the machine on number 3 and to trim the top. I had like 3-4 inches on top, and she almost left me bald. And yes, I don't have a lot of hair on the top anymore, but the length she left is unacceptable. And she messed up my sides also (see images). This place is expensive, and I even left her a good tip ($8) since I was in a hurry and didn't really check her work there on site. I look like if a goat chewed up my hair. NEVER AGAIN!"
