"Been here before and it was okay. Today, I made an appointment online with Hailey, showed up 5 minutes early, and waited over an hour. 4 people received haircuts from the other two barbers present. When my time finally came up, she played on her phone for another 10 minutes and didn't even apologize or say anything when I asked to remove myself from the queue instead of just leaving without saying anything, implying this is common. Do not waste your time and money on this place."
