Reviews of CVS
"I went to pick up my prescription and it took over 20 minutes just to get it. I’d used their drive thru. It seems the issue is the so called pharmacy technicians who were blabbing their mouth instead of working. I can hear their condensing voice regarding their customers. Why do management put up with this attitude. You wonder why these type of employees failing to provide proper and impromptu service. Unprofessional!"
"I don’t leave reviews often, but the people who have the ability to do something about this obviously do not care. The staffing is pitiful and is a constant issue that seems to never be resolved. I have NEVER had a positive experience at this pharmacy. I suggest going to a different pharmacy and if you are required to use CVS, deal with the inconvenience of going to the middle of a Target rather than going here, it’ll still be a better experience. The drive thru is standardly closed requiring you to go inside. Today, the drive thru was “open” with the caveat that you will be helped once the many ppl in line get helped because they only have one person able to check customers out. I have always had to wait 30 min to an hour at this location. I asked if this would be any different going inside and was told they are busy and only have one person so they cannot answer that. I am currently pregnant and need a simple prescription so I checked out in advance on my phone in the hopes it would speed up the process for once. When informing them of this, I was told I “have to wait like everyone else” so what is the point of doing anything ahead of time? I have other commitments after work like normal people do and cannot waste my time sitting at a pharmacy for an hour or more every time I need a prescription. I left without my prescription which I needed today and will be looking for a new pharmacy location tonight. I also have had multiple experiences where I was told my prescription would be ready at a certain time on a certain date and when I arrived, it was not. I have no doubt this also contributes to the long wait times as each person has to not only pick up their prescription, but wait for it to be filled when they show up. The abundant amount of negative reviews of this store reflect very poorly on the management, owners, and CVS as a whole and it is very apparent it is poorly run and will not change any time soon."
"Oh gosh. Where to even begin with this CVS. The service has been independently verified as the absolute worst in the entire state. Not just Colorado Springs. They let customers sit in the drive through literally for an hour, until there are no more customers inside the store. Anyone who’s been to this CVS in the last few months has undoubtedly experienced this. There’s not too much else to say. Poor quality employees = a poor quality operation."
"I cannot express how much I loved my experience at this store! I was out of foundation and eyelash glue, first thing I did before leaving home was check the app to see if they had what I needed was in stock and not only that it showed me other products that were in my price range! Once I got there I found what I needed but needed a team member to unlock the product for me. Tony was so quick to come over and help and offered if I needed to get more items he could take what I had to the front to hold it for me. I shopped around a bit and when I saw done he informed me on all the amazing sale items if I was interested in getting. He was so personable and genuinely helpful and nice. I just have to say Tony is a gem at this company I would just keep coming back for the experience he gave me!! He saw I had coupons and added them for me and made sure I got my points in for my purchase. I have to be honest no one has impressed me like this before! There is a Walgreens across the road and I will always make the choice to come back to this CVS! They have everything I was looking for and more and the store was so clean as well!! Already looking forward to my next visit there!!"
"1 star is the average after you factor negative stars for the CEO and CVS corporation, but 5 stars to the CVS Rangewood staff. CVS brags about saving you money all over their store, commercials etc... Well CVS, did you forget time is money? I'm held hostage by my health insurance plan to only use CVS. If I had other options they would be used. Prescription copay is all the $$ CVS will get from me. From calling the doctor (5-10 min call) to request the refill to calling CVS (1hr minimum but plan for 2hrs...) just to find out the status of the refill as they never text as they say the app will... Then standing in line for a minimum of 1-2 hrs to pick it up, and times this by 4 prescriptions. 4 different times a month because they can never seem to fill all together. I am not exaggerating when I say CVS costs me 15+ hrs a month to fill 4 prescriptions that I can not utilize mail services for. Staffing has been cut (5000 layoffs in the company) to get this "save the consumer money" all the while the CEO is not hurting for time or money at their 36+ million per year salary. So to the staff of Rangewood CVS thank you for being kind and doing all you can to assist us customers with your smiles (that are quickly fading) through it all, while your CEO continues provide all CVS staff (AND THEIR CONSUMER) a huge disservice. You all are doing the best you can with what your CEO has limited you with, all the while leaving you all to take and listen to the abuse from the customers that are affected by the CEOs greed."
