"Walking in to the store your greeted with a very Ginuwine and friendly welcome from the cashiers no matter what time of day or night you visit this location. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. If there is a deal or discount on any item your purchasing (ex. Buy one get one free) they let you know so you can get the most out of your money and make the purchase well worth it. The grill items are always hot and fresh and when they have new items they promote them but aren't pushy about it. Clean and well stocked is definitely a plus for this store. The employees have such a wonderful attitude this is my go to location most definitely."
"I've never been here late at night, but I've been going here for over a year now during the daytime hours (usually stopping for my lunch break as a truck driver) and the staff is excellent here. I stopped going to Maverick across the street to shop here just because of the wonderful service. The gentleman who manages and takes care of the store is always nice, friendly, and he makes sure to greet everyone who walks through the door. The store itself and the bathrooms are always clean. There's always plenty of inventory in the store and the hot food items are never empty. Thank you and this team for being outstanding."
"I went in on Sunday and the cashier was so rude! I was inconvenienceing her cause she could not wait to get off work. She was acting all frantic and seemed annoyed that I was buying stuff at the store. I'll say right now if she is working I'll go to a different store. I can't believe the way she was acting. There was other people in line to and I was in disbelief how she treated me. Customer service does not exist with that woman! Unreal!"
"Rude staff. I went to buy gas inside, so I could get cash back. I went up to the register and asked the lady if it did cash back for gas. She just said "enter your pin." The message on the machine popped up: enter your pin. I entered my pin and it just said approved. Nothing else came up. I told her "The option did not come up for cash back". She rudely replied, "It did, you just didn't select the right thing." I know what I saw. I am a cashier at elsewhere and you never talk to a customer this way, even if they are wrong. But the option did not come up. I wanted to tell her encase the machine was broken. I said, "No, the message didn't come up at all for cash back. There was no option." She said again "NO, YOU did it wrong. Buy something else and Ill show you" "I don't have extra money to buy something else. I just needed gas and cash back.", I told her, "Again, I am just telling you the message did not appear. I know how to do it, I am a cashier elsewhere, I use these machines every day. You shouldn't be telling customers they are wrong" I left to put gas in my car since I just paid, upset that I did not get cash back- I only went to this gas station because I thought you could, and by her responses at the register initially I thought I would get cash back, otherwise I would of went to a different gas station. She then followed me out to my car, saying "Oh you can't get cash back with gas, you have to buy something else. It doesn't work with gas, you have to do two separate purchases." She mumbled something about working there 6 years or something I couldn't really catch. I told her "You should of told me that when I asked before I made the purchase." She did not apologize at all and only said "Well it didn't work because you got gas, you cant get cash back with gas" Then she turned to go back inside. I don't think I will ever go to another 7-eleven again. There are plenty of other gas stations around here in Colorado Springs that have very friendly employees who don't blame the customer when the machine is acting up or they make a mistake. I have never experienced such a rude employee. Customers at different jobs, yes. But not an employee at a business."
"I pass by multiple gas stations on my way to work, but always choose to stop here because of the customer service. The manager James is the friendliest man I have ever met. He uses change that people leave to donate to the homeless. He stands by some awesome morals and I love giving my business to him. I would recommend this location to anyone."
