"Overall I usually have a great experience and they are fast. However, getting a credit card through yall has been a trip. Not a fun at that. Most of it has been lack of communication. I have called or done some other action everytime I said I would. Every week, without fail. I am told I will recieve an email, a call, something. And I have to end up calling you guys and Im still waiting for a call back when yalls card machine is up, which was supposed to be back up this past Friday."

"I attempted to deposit a check that was made out to both my wife and I. Unfortunately we don't share an account but we both have separate accounts with Canvas for well over a decade. The teller was rude and said he would need his managers approval to deposit and asked my wife and I if there was any other bank we could go to deposit the check since they considered it third party. The check was from one of the biggest new home builders in North America and the amount was insignificant to what I already had in savings. After some arguing they did allow us to deposit it but insisted on a 7 day hold. Talk about making your customers feel like unwelcome criminals. Will be moving both my wife and mine accounts to a different bank after this experience. It's one thing to have policies but apparently there is grey area on when you choose to enforce them. My wife and I have done this at other locations throughout the years without any flak. Just ridiculous customer service."

"This was the first Bank that I've dealt with in Colorado. They constantly go above and beyond anything I need. Teller's are polite and quick. My wife and myself highly recommend this place. When a person leaves a negative review you never get the entire story. Try them and form your own opinion."

"Can I give zero stars? I had really horrible customer service with PSCU, I asked for a manager and one never called me. (They were 'busy in meetings'.) I posted on here and nobody responded. I've since opened a new account with another bank and will be closing all of my accounts. So easily avoidable. If it were me, I would avoid them, they have horrible customer service in my opinion. Any other bank I've banked with would put you in touch with a manager immediately when you had an issue."

"I am a current customer at this bank, slow service everytime-calling them is like pulling nose hair out... Just painful. My first experience here I was treated rudely by the woman who signed me up as a business partner, I continued my application for an account anyhow but have thought over time things haven't improved. They have a lot to do to gain my customer satisfaction again."
