"Pulled into pump 10, inserted card, then pressed the 85 octane button. After awhile I noticed that it said plus above. Then buttons were switched and I was being charged for 87 octane when I chose 85. To my mind this is theft. Are you intentionally defrauding your customers? I was charged almost $0.50 more per gallon than intended. On a 32 gallon tank that's over $15."

"I’ve been coming here off and on for a while, and this is DEFINITELY the worst 7-11 in the north springs. ATM is routinely broken, a/c is often out, and the store is often dirty. Most of the employees are nice, except for the tall bearded guy. Always has an attitude. I’ve gone in to buy cigarettes, and have been given the wrong pack twice. The aforementioned employee just decides to make substitutions without asking customers if it’s ok, and then you’re screwed, because cigarettes can’t be returned. Total waste of $21. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else. The Kum & Go just up the street is infinitely better."
