"The most ghetto Aeropostale I've ever gone to. Rude workers, disgusting store. Just an overall bad experience. I know masks aren't required anymore but having workers coughing all over products (and not covering their mouths) is foul. I only went into the store to return an item and I will never shop at Aeropostale again. They "replaced" my item instead of giving me a refund and the shirt they replaced had stains all over it. When I tried to show the manager she laughed and told me to wash it myself. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to replace the entire staff because as of right now, they are ruining the business."

"We went into the store and the minute we walked in all 3 blonde workers were so quiet and stared at us noone else was in the store my daughter's were looking around and we kept being followed by a worker and she kept coming to us and being so annoyed by us and just looking at us the whole time... this was the first time we ever felt so uncomfortable shopping... the cashier asking if we were gonna buy almost everything we touched so we paid for our stuff and left. these workers were not respectful and so snooty to us. Last time I go in there."

"I came in to return something today. The return went smoothly but the woman helping me (looked in her 30’s-southern accent-maybe Texas?) she was on the phone with a friend the entire transaction barely even noticing me and talking about her own personal life with the friend, just chatting away about selling her house and her husband hunting, etc. I’m in my 30’s as well, but I think it is incredibly rude to be on a personal call-or any call for that matter- during a transaction with a customer."
