"I had gone to this store at a different mall and because of the customer service there, was considering not giving them my business anymore. However, I love their clothes so I thought I would try the Southlands location and boy am I ever glad I did! The young lady that rang up my order was an absolute doll! She went out of her way to be friendly, kind, helpful, and welcoming. I wish I could remember her name so that she could get the recognition that she deserves. She truly saved me as a Victoria's Secret customsr. Because of her, I will still be shopping at the store, but only at this location. They also have a great selection here with a lot of really cute sale items to choose from."
"I found the staff super helpful. I was looking to be sized post pregnancy and they helped me find the right size. The semi annual sale is the best time to go, great prices! Con: they have three registers and the store was very busy on new years day, only one register was open. They had multiple employees at the registers and a line but did not open another register."
