"Definitely worth the drive. This is the ultimate firearms mom'n pop's store. Fair, honest and not pushy at all. I bought a firearm from a private seller who suggested we go through this Armory for the transaction. The owner Craig went out of his way to make sure the transfer was as easy as possible. He held the firearm overnight in his store gun safe because the initial background check did not go thru because I had an expired driver's license from CA. Because I'm active military he had to then call in the background check. By this time it was almost to closing time(1800) so Craig held the firearm in the store safe overnight for no extra charge. About 15 minutes after we left the store he gave me a call to let me know I had passed the background check. He could have waited until the next morning when he opened but instead went out of his way to help a customer after closing time. So all that is to say he treats you like family and not a buyer who the store is trying to get the most money from. Not only that but the weapon collection there is AMAZING. The prices are the best I've seen too while shopping around the Springs and Denver. So if you want a firearm store where the prices are fair and the owner is honest and helpful, go here. The store is hard to find but definitely worth it! Will be going back."
