"The line was long, but they sell twenty-fluid-ounce bottles of Pepsi Cola, which made it worth the wait. Concourse B was seemingly a "Pepsi desert" until I found this place. Convenience costs money, and that is why things cost more at a shop that is a mere two-minute walk from your arrival/departure gate (inside the security perimeter, etc.). Be grateful that ANY store inside the airport has something you want. If you think the price is too high, don't buy it."

"Just left this store without a purchase. I picked out a Denver Colorado fleece poncho. I asked if there were any sales or discounts as I didn't really want to pay $51 for it, but would have. But no, the cashier tells me, actually, it is $70 now. I said wait, the tag says $51. You can't charge me more than what it's advertised. Her response was that she was telling me NOW that the price had changed. She smiled and said she was sorry. I told her she was not sorry and I left without it. What a crummy way to do business. UPDATE: I went back and a new clerk was on duty. She rang it up and it it came back as $70. I said the tag says $51. She apologized and said they had been having issues with wrong tags coming in on merchandise. She sold it to me for the tag price."

"Prices listed on the shelves is completely wrong. I bought a bag of chips that was listed as 3.45 but rang up as 4.80. Only a 32% increase in price. When I asked the associate about this large difference she just said “ya those are wrong, what are you gonna do.” I think fixing the prices might be a start. I get prices have gone up but that means you need to spend the hour to fix them."

"women working there clearly hate their jobs. they seemed bothered by my very presence and attempt to buy a bottle of water- like a couple of moody preteens. in addition, they seem to have no urgency for people trying to catch flights. with a line multiple people long, they decided to just open up coin packages to stock the register while people waited staring at them with credit cards. if you have another option to buy goods at the airport, i would take it."
