"Good: was able to get service on 2-days notice on a used trailer that I bought and discovered I had problems with Good: they got it done when they promised Good: William seemed knowledgeable and personable and was timely communicative Not so good: Seems like they try to sell you more services and gouge you at the end. Had to ask them to explain charges that appeared like just nonsense add-ons to pad the bill. They took those charges off but it took me bringing it up. Would I go there for service again? Probably not if there was another option. Update: April 15, 2023 The TPMS that I had Parker mount and wire up to my harness isn’t working when I first hooked it up. Oh well, guess I will have to troubleshoot that when I get some time. My first haul with this trailer and two of the bearing caps have come off after 150 miles. So thus far, after this experience I would say that I definitely would not bring my trailer back there"
