"Went into the store this morning for coffee and to use the bathroom. I asked if it was open amd was informed its locked at night, this was at 4:45am. I asked if it could be unlocked I really needed to use the restroom but was told "I'm not letting you in there just to use drugs". When I spoke to the proclaimed manager on the subject I was brushed off and laughed at. I don't know the managers name but Daniel the clerk was extremely rude and threatened to call the police on me when I asked to speak with management. This behavior is unacceptable and no one deserves to be treated like that, im a hard working and sober individual who just needed to use the facilities"
"The canned beer is marked up higher than other nearby gas stations and liquor stores. The cashiers pay more attention to their phones than they do the transactions. Only bumped it up a star cuz their stock seems plentiful."
"Customer service doesn’t exist here at all. The employees/managers are laughing and joking while customers sit waiting to be helped. Also, the one girl in there is always high as a kite. Don’t see this store being open for too much longer. “Fingers crossed”"
"Was in the store at 1030 this morning. The asst store manager Melanie was obviously ill,she even stated as much. She was not using any protection and wiping bare hands all over her snot dripping from her nose. She then proceded to touch my products as well as everything around her register. She became flippant when suggesting she should be wearing protection. Now David the store manager/owner claims I did not see her wipe her nose with her bare hand. He then claimed she had allergies. That she did not tell me she thought she was sick with a cold. I'm guessing that video footage will disappear!"
