"Today was the first time I had ever had a chance to shop for the Semi Annual sale. I'm sorry, but the employees should all be written up for their behavior. 4 employees stood in front of the sale items, bragging how they had their items in the back they would purchase after work. They blocked racks of clothes so they could situate items they wanted. They wouldn't let me look. The manager came over and started talking to them like what they were doing was fine. 4 employees and a manager sitting around talking blocking sale items during a semi-annual sale talking about customers and calling them "vultures, that take all the good stuff." I had a huge handful of clothes, and I was only offered a bag. As I went to the register, I had been in the store for more than an hour. I'll go to the southlands next time. The employee that rang me up argued with me on where I found items. I had a handful of panties from the 7.99 sale, and several didn't ring up that she said well they are 50% off. You should be happy with that." I said where I found them, and she replied, "So what do you want me to do." I thought those little headsets they wear are supposed to be able to ask other employees for help. I guess they are for show."

"I wish I could remember the lady that helped us, but I took my daughter in to be properly sized for a bra. The lady that assisted us was so nice and helpful. After she got the measurements, she helped my daughter find the perfect bra. Hands down the best experience I've ever had in a Victoria's Secret."

"very inappropriate behavior from two cashiers on a saturday night. the two employees were arguing amongst each other while checking out customers. Cuss words and derogatory language were used towards each other which were clearly making several customers uncomfortable and angry. I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know about the employees behavior but one cashier said there wasn’t one on staff that night. This will be the last time i will go to this store i’ll drive out of my way to make sure i go to another VS because i was very offended by the behavior that took place. Very sad that they couldn’t take their personal disagreements behind closed doors and had to do it in front of paying customers. Wish i could give this store zero stars!"

"Honestly this was the worst experience I've ever had in a Victoria's secret enough for me to never shop here again. The workers had a rude attitude also seemed like they were utterly confused about what they were even doing. I ordered stuff online and used a coupon i had. When i got to the store to pick up there was only one pair of leggings when there should have been two. The reason i did store pick up was to literally avoid all of this. Apparently one of the leggings wasn't the color i ordered (although it was the exact same color) they just decided to refund me for them without maybe waiting to see if I'd like a different color or the color i ordered initially. Doing so voided half of the amount of my coupon (the entire reason i made this purchase) Overall i ended up paying more just to have the leggings i initially ordered, having to wait to get refunded for the one pair they refunded without asking. I'm just annoyed, the workers weren't very helpful and in all honesty need training on in store pick up orders. Will never be shopping at this location ever again."
