"This is a great surprise, there was a lot to take in. Plan at least 30-45 minutes minimum of you want to take in everything. You could easily spend a couple of hours here. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable."
"Great, surprising stop for an interesting look at dinosaur fossils discovered in the area and more. It was deceiving walking in and not seeing much. However, working through the exhibits there's much more to the building than appears. Felt like our $8 admission was worth it."
"If you want to learn about this area, this museum will provide a lot of details. Great displays of artifacts, fossils, gems, and more."
"I absolutely loved coming here on my day trip to Vernal! As soon as you walk in there's a dinosaur skeleton on display and it really sets the tone for the entire exhibit. The museum goes in depth into Utah specific history and it was incredibly done. Loved the Native American history included on the second floor as well."
"Cool museum! My son enjoyed filling out the kids scientist booklet and earning a patch (extra for the book, but it is well done). He loved being able to touch real fossils. The staff was friendly and engaging with him. I bet the dinosaur garden is pretty in the summer. The blooming lilac smelled good."
