"Genuinely shocked at the terrible customer service I just received. The person that cut my hair was on their phone when I walked in and then proceeded to treated me like I was a burden the entire time. They refused to give any advice and also refused to answer questions. At some point during the service they simply stopped responding to me like I was less than human. The actual hair cut is abysmal. I'll have to go somewhere else to have it 'fixed' if it's even possible. Someone in Sport's Clips upper management needs to check this location. I completely understand someone having a bad day but this was beyond unreasonable. You may cut 10+ people's hair per day, but I only get my hair cut once every two months. Absolutely terrible experience."

"I have never been treated with such contempt when going to get my hair cut. Worst service ever. No hello upon walking in, sat and listened as the next stylist available wrote off a question by someone who was obviously waiting for a long time. Rudely directed to my chair, never asked how my day was. She barked the “notes” on my account at me, I haven’t been to a Sport Clips in sometime, so the notes were not updated. When I tried to explain what I wanted, she was obviously inconvenienced by that. You are in a service industry, learn how to serve your clientele better. I’m not sure what her name was, as she never introduced herself to me. Older lady, very impatient and rude. Needless to say, I walked out before she could touch my head and most likely mess up my hair. Good service gives people confidence that you will do a good job. Horrible service will drive people away without giving you a chance. I will never visit a Sport Clips again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid at all costs."
