The barbers are masters of their trade, and each time I've gotten a haircut I loved. The last time I was in, Johan said something that threw me for a loop: "Thank you for the trust." These folks understand that a haircut is a commitment, and a bad one can ruin your day and beyond. They care about everyone who walks through their door, and they want everyone to feel great when they leave and until they come in for the next trim.
