"Called number and recording said walk ins are welcome. Walk in at 130pm and asked for my name. When they couldn't find my name they asked if i had an appointment. Was then told they had no openings rest of the day. I asked why does your recording say walk ins are welcome. Was told they are if they have time. Walked out to car and booked appointment for 220pm. Walked back in at 145pm and told them i now have an appointment. Was then told soneone must have just canceled online. Yet online policy says 1 day cancelation required. Wendy then says she can help me right now if i didnt want to wait for my appointment time. So got my buzz cut and beard trim and was paid and walking out the door at 202pm. Now website said it would be $47 yet they charged me $50. I did leave a tip even though i thought about not. No need to lie to a customer is what i was feeling. If your phobe message says walk ins welcome then make them welcome."
