"Terrible customer service, just wanted to ask a simple question about a direct deposit form and I got put on with someone who when I asked the question told me they needed to get their manager then put me on hold for half an hour and never talked to me. When I called back no one would answer me. This happens all the time not just on one occasion, impossible to do anything with this bank. Do not use this bank if you want to get anything done, save your time and take your business to a different bank."

"The staff are friendly, except when I was transferring a check on the app, it took them FIVE days to verify and deposit the check to my account. As a MINOR, this is very disappointing because money is everything these days, especially if you don't have much. :("

"Avoid like the plague. $150 in overdraft charges in 2 weeks without a phone call. Gave them $200 and still would not close the account. Led me on to think I could close it by paying off the overdraft fees. Have to wait 2 days for cash to post to even close the account? Do not go to this bank unless to plan to just hand them your money!"
