"I called and asked if they had time to do a same day tune. The guy was very nice and quoted me $38, but when I got there they told me I had to pay $58 since they have to rush. I said I was quoted $38, so then they said fine... we'll only charge you $48. I said no based on the principle of the matter, and now I won't have time to take it anywhere else before I head to the mountains tomorrow morning. Cool cool cool. Thank you."

"5 stars simply is not a satisfactory form of scale. This Ma and Pa ski shop deserves 10 stars at a minimum. Never had my board tuned before and the crew in the shop made it look as good as new! The employees were also very informative when assisting me in picking out a new helmet and boots. Will definitely be back for my next set up. Thank you!"

"Felt compelled to write a review on this place. Have done business here a handful of times since moving to Colorado Springs last year (after a 17+ year hiatus from skiing). Purchased a pair of fitted ski boots today, sales associate Kevin helped me (who apparently has been working there since 1983, don't see that employee loyalty anywhere these days). Has been a fantastic experience every time. Family Run Business, I try to support local enterprises as much as able. Highly recommended!"

"They mounted bindings on my skis that were wrong so now my brand new skis have holes that had to be filled in. They also put their own ski shop sticker for advertising on my skis without permission among other stickers. Returned them with tape stuck to the sides. They over charged for the mounting process compared to other places. Honestly a very over priced shop for below sub par work. DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE."
