"Worst customer service EVER! Don’t waste your time shopping at this location, just head south to the pop up shop by the Broadmoor or order online. Erica the manager is completely unprofessional and should not be in a front-facing, leadership position. Your employees will only be as good as their manager, and she’s the absolute worst. Plus their inventory at the location is trash. I only go to this location because of convenience (much closer to my home). Trust me on this one, you’ll have a much more enjoyable experience and find better items at the other location. Ask for Jasmine, Ashley, or May; they actually value their customers and the lululemon brand."
