I have on multiple occasions tried to go to this location to find a hand written note or sometimes none at all and they are closed in the middle of the day during business hours. This has been super frustrating. However, when I do get to go in they’re always super helpful. Come on guys..try to do better, I can get supplements at a lot of different places."
"I called looking for a specific product and even though I had good reception the employee repeatedly said they couldn’t hear me and hung up. After calling a few times they said “your best bet is to just come into the store”. Ummm- if I had time to go to the store instead of calling I would have. I ended up rearranging things to make a trip to the store, in the middle of business hours, only to find a hand written sign sign saying the store was closed for 45 minutes. So unprofessional! I’m super annoyed and won’t be visiting this or any other GNC again."
