"It was a great experience getting a new ball here! A few months ago I got back into bowling after close to 10 years away from the sport and wanted an upgrade from my old ball. I decided on The Hitter from Radical. Brandon analyzed my shot, measured my hand, and suggested a layout based on my style, then Shawn drilled my new ball and followed up to make sure it fit. Both of them were really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I tried out my new ball and was so impressed! I immediately threw 664, the highest series I've had since returning to the sport.
