"Cost of water here is kinda crazzy with this company. When you pay almost twice as much in Fees and taxes than the actually water itself. You're looking at $70 absolutely minimum without using any water. I had to edit this comment based on the reply from the company. My average bill per month is $90. Between $25-30 goes to the actual cost of the water and the rest goes into paying fees. The problem isn't the consumption of the water. Its the fees that goes with it. You can give me a million different ways in how to save on consumption but it won't change the fact that paying twice as much in fees than the actually water itself doesn't seem fair."

"Great customer service. Our credit card on the account expired. They didn't have our email or correct phone number. After calling them we got it resolved right before closing hour, 4pm. By 4:30pm our water was back on. They had someone out here so fast. They tried to contact us but couldn't. Very grateful they helped us out so fast."

"We just moved into a rental in centennial from aurora and ECCV is ridiculous. We pay twice the price as aurora, which had great tasting water. The water here tastes nasty! Now not only do I have to pay twice the price, but I'm going to have to pay even more to have a company to bring us drinking water each month. We are in the lowest water usage tier and still have to pay outrageous amounts. ECCV DON'T RESPOND to my review with your stupid generic explanation of pricing. We are getting robbed and something needs to be done. We will never buy a house in your water district."

"Worst tasting water I have ever had. Is drinking that much chlorine really safe? They will tell you yes but I refuse to believe that it is any safer than drinking pool water every day. Can’t make coffee or boil noodles in it without tasting the nasty chlorine. And the residue (minerals? I hope) on everything. It’s just disgusting. Can’t wait to move out of the district. It’s a shame that there isn’t a choice. I know that’s not feasible but sure wish I could choose not to get this water. Gross! Gross! Gross!"

"About a week ago, I parked my car in an area where I was told that I was okay to park on Mondays, as long as it was after 12PM and any other day was fine (it was about 12:35 or so). We get a knock on the door and an employee from this company (maybe early 30s, 5’4, colored eyes, tan skin, short spiked hair) asked if we can move the car and that I’m not allowed to park there and that next time my car would get towed. That’s fine, no problem, but he didn’t need to be disrespectful to my female friend who answered the door. We didn’t want any issues so we decide to leave. I didn’t feel comfortable walking to my car alone, so my male friend who lives there walked me out. He did the same to my friend since she walked out a few minutes before me and your employee said nothing to us until my male friend walked inside the house and then he decided to harass us. As my friend was getting in the passenger seat, your employee said to us “next time you park here I will tow your car and that guy over there running his mouth can come and talk to me cause I’m just doing my job” mind you, we didn’t say a word to him and we were leaving because we didn’t want any problems, it was so unnecessary to say something to us. We then get into an argument but we decided to leave because again, we didn’t want any issues. We left for the day and didn’t come back, but he decided to call the cops. He was highly unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Shame on him."
