"Used to come here now and then but they're often quite rude. First couple times I shrugged it off and chalked it up to an off experience but it's hard to get good service. They've hired a couple people who were more friendly and helpful but they don't work there anymore unfortunately. Came in once to sell a few cards that were quite high price wise and the employee at the time, a bigger guy with long brown hair just dismissed and said "this is just bulk, im not gonna price this" when the market price was around $30+ for 10 cards at the time but their loss I guess. The last time bought some I was there I was also shortchaged on a box of yugioh boosters. Also had a partner try to purchase cards and asked for help whenever there was a free moment but the same guy yelled at him that he was to busy and he needs to calm down and wait. We were done at that point. I can excuse an unorganized shop but being rude to customers and community is not it I highly recommend ghost events gaming and dueling land over these guys anyday. Wanted to support local but can't support people and shops as toxic to their community as Maxx C."

"Ordered a set of cards from them, and was sent the wrong set. I completely understand that mistakes happen, so wasn't upset with them. Contacted them about returning the cards, only to be treated as if their mistake was somehow my fault. Store manager on duty was extremely rude and unwilling to help, even hung up the phone when I was trying to return a a more expensive item to them. 100 % do not recommend dealing with any Store that would employ someone so unprofessional and rude. Pay close attention to all of their negative reviews."
