"I'm not experienced with purchasing a gun or with firearms in general, and the elitism from the entire staff there as well as the condescending behavior from those I interacted with directly explain why this place only has 2.8 stars at the time of this review. I was made to wait over 45 minutes after the background check completed because the entire staff left the counter for over half an HOUR to go chat with a regular. Went to multiple people until finally someone half-heartedly started to finalize my order. Instantly returned the firearm I purchased there. Have already strongly recommended against this place in the several sports shooting groups I'm in. Hope they fix their disgusting attitude."

"Manager put a rifle to the side for me on Wednesday told him I would come back in Friday the latest he specifically gave me his word no one would touch it. I come back Friday just to be told it was sold Thursday and was put right back on the floor. Wasted my time and now I can't take anyone's word there from here on out. Could have atleast called but I guessy they got to make their commission. Very disappointing"

"Bought 2 pistols there and the gentleman was very kind and courteous when it came to customer satisfaction. The issue I have is I was given the wrong ammo for one and they wont do anything about it, even though a sales person went to the shelf and got it for me. Also the other pistol I bought has major issues ,and aging they wont do anything about it. They cant exchange or repair, even though they have a gunsmith on sight."
