"Good customer service! We originally rented seasonal ski packages for all of our kiddos. Unfortunately one of my kids are having problem getting comfortable w any ski boots he had on so far. The younger guy at happy sport was very accommodating and so helpful and very patience w us. He did let us switch the ski boots and my son finally just decided skiing is not for him and he took snowboard class this past weekend and decided he will just stick to snowboarding. Happy sport let us switch my son’s skis to snowboard. I recommended them to my friends as well to get their kids rental from this place and no regret. Also affordable and very competitive pricing.
