"I don't do online banking .. don't use ATM's , make a couple transactions a month at this location , Conifer , and tellers have been pretty kind !!"

"Incredibly rude. Tried to drop off a payment for a family member because they can't walk and can't go into the branch. They also aren't comfortable making online payments with this bank. The teller developed an attitude that the payment was in a bank-provided envelope, asking if she had to open it to process payment and give a receipt. That's not a question customers should have to answer for them. So much trouble at this branch and others. Store your money elsewhere."

"Zelle has been down for a week, I called last week and the person said "We don't know how long it will be down" Now it has been a week and my branch can't even answer a phone!! I run a business and need to conduct banking."

"I miss the old staff. Had an issue with a atm and decided it would be easier to just do my business with a banker. Got multiple smart remarks about “of course I would need that before closing” and “ do I need to teach you how to use the atm?” And the hours state they don’t close till 5 and this was at around 3. If you’re that miserable with your job then find something different."

"The people that work at this branch have always been very pleasant and easy to work with. I’ve dealt with them many times over the past couple years and they recognize me when I stop in. It’s nice seeing friendly familiar faces."
