"I went in to see about getting my rear shock sent to specialized for routine service. This is the closest shop to my house. First, the older employee didn't even acknowledge that I was in the store. He wouldn't look up from his computer to offer much assistance at all. After explaining to him that my epic brain shock needed to be serviced by specialized about 6 times, he grudgingly took my name and phone number and said he would look into it and contact me. I haven't heard from him after 4 days. There are so many bike shops in Denver with much better service. I'll take my business elsewhere, and I would recommend you do the same."
