"Called ahead a week ago to confirm that they have plus sizes in stock for multiple items, and was told ‘yes we always have lots of those in stock in those sizes’. Drove 30 minutes to the store and the workers told me ‘they never have plus sizes in stock’. I was needing to purchase a whole winter wardrobe before flying out of the country in 2 days, so I have no option to order online and have to get the few items that barely fit in store and some men’s tops. Ironically they keep plus size mannequins at the front of the store for optics to pretend like they have inclusive sizes. I get it if places don’t have plus sizes, but please don’t lie to customers when they call to check for sizes. If the worker I spoke to before had been honest then I would of had time to order online for what I actually need."

"Very frustrating experience, I love all my Fabletics gear. Next I will just order online or drive to the Cherry Creek location. This team needs to learn to treat every guest the same."

"Had the best experience with Conrad this morning. We came in as a family and had no idea how to apply our online credits to items in store. He happily showed us outfit selections and found our size in multiple items throughout the store. Conrad was incredibly attentive and really made our shopping experience feel like we were being pampered. We were instantly greeted with a smile and an amazing attitude by him. I never experience customer service as good as he provided, especially with us being so difficult and confused in the store. We will definitely come back to this location just to shop with him!"
