"Well I placed an order on Sunday 3/03/2024 and ordered a replacement SRAM group set for my bike. After reading the online information on the SRAM site I determined that I ordered a cassette that would be two big (36 tooth) for the rear derailleur. Sram states the max is 32. So I called this morning (3/04/2024) to change the cassettee before the order shipped. The so called Customer Service Representative didn’t even introduce himself as working for the company and when I told him I ordered the wrong cassette in error, he did a very heavy sign and laughed at me when I asked to have the cassette changed out to the correct one. He said no changes could be made to the order. It truly was one of the worst experiences I had with dealing with a company. You would think the company would want to resolve an issue before the order even ships to avoid unnecessary returning of incorrect parts but I guess not. Now I’m doubtful that the parts will even be shipped timely. I’m sure I will not be a repeat customer."

"Dishonest and refuse to take accountability for their own mistakes. I ordered a rim, but received a rim I didn't order - same model but wrong hole count. I figured this was an understandable and honest mistake, so I emailed and requested the correct rim be shipped to me. After several days of no response, I called and was told they would ship me the correct rim. After several days without receiving a shipping confirmation, I called again and learned they were waiting for me to ship the rim. They provided me a shipping label, but I didn't have a box to ship it in, or any packing materials. I'm not a member of their shipping staff, but offered to return the rim if they could provide e the packing materials (I'm not responsible for their mistakes, do not need to spend a day trying to locate a 30"x30"x4" box). They refused. So I requested a refund which they said they would do. After several days an no refund I call again and learn that apparently a refund is conditional on my spending my own time and money locating a box and shipping the rim back to them. Through this process they threw a lot of child like tantrums on the phone, and appeared to respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint without reading it, then ignored all further communication through BBB. Given that the order was not fulfilled and they reused to issue a refund, I ended up having to file a fraud claim through my credit card to get a refund (which was successful, as you would expect). I admire the dedication of the employees to let go of all self respect and sense of reason to carry out managements direction to steel from their customers. All that being said, they are incredibly responsive to pone calls, which isn't the norm."
