"Booked a vaccine appointment, showed up and the pharmacy was dark and closed. Nobody working in the store gives a care and just sort of blew off the issue. Maybe this happens all the time and they’re immune to it. Take your business elsewhere. And call ahead before you drive there for an appointment or to pick up a prescription. Other patrons were also trying to pickup medications and stranded."

"This is a new building so very nice. Great staff in store and pharmacy. Transfer your prescriptions here to increase their usage. It's a great location."

"I can't say enough about the marvelous pharmacists working at 3:15pm New Year's Eve. I had a very sick college age son in Philadelphia having terrible medication reaction and his CVS was closed (after 5pm) but this CVS in Colorado was able to pull up his medication and reassure me and advise us with the most compassion I have had from a medical team in a long time. He was a gift to us both! Thank you for being there late on a holiday and for providing old fashioned pharmacist calm wisdom and, yes, love."

"Please for the sake of yourself and anyone you love, do not send a prescription here. They simply refuse to fill prescriptions for at least one week AFTER you physically come in to the store to ask, regardless of when they received it. Please, please, stay away. This place doesn’t deserve a single star, and in my opinion have no respect for their customers, and an outright disdain for the health and well being of this community."

"Called my prescriptions in via the phone on Thursday. Was informed they would be ready by 1130am. Went to the store and they closed the drive up window. Sign stating we are short staffed. This is so unprofessional. I proceeded inside to be told my prescriptions were not ready. Went back to the pharmacy Friday. Waited in line for 25 minutes to be told they were still not ready. The pharmacy tech said come back in 45 min. I stayed to her this is my second trip back to her pharmacy and I will not wait 45 min or come back. She proceeds to tell me that they are 1000 prescriptions behind. That is not my concern when I need my medication. She said maybe I should transfer them to King Soopers. She was rude and made me wait another 28 minutes for them. As waiting every customer was told the same thing. I would clearly caution individuals not to use this pharmacy! They, like the entire country are short staffed. They also should not lie and say their phones have been down for 2 weeks when clearly it is obvious they are not when you can see and hear the pharmacist in the phone."
