"Totem has quickly become my favorite shop in Denver. It's perfect for service, repairs, custom builds, bespoke components, and hand built wheels. Ryan, the proprietor, is meticulous, knowledgeable, and honest. He built a set of wheels for me (Velocity rims with Paul Hubs, pictured), and without my even asking, he took care to line up the hub logos with the valve holes. Recently, when a small mistake resulted in a scuff on one of my bike's parts during service, Ryan brought it to my attention, apologized, and addressed the issue. He could have easily hidden or ignored it, but that's not the kind of business Ryan runs. I highly recommend Totem Cyclery."

"What a wonderful place for a tune-up! I made an appointment online and dropped my bike off at that time. Ryan tuned up my road-bike and called me only a few hours later to pick up. I couldn't pick up until Sunday and though Totem is not open on Sunday's, he allowed me to pick up and went out of his way to open the shop for a minute so I could do so.
