"Absolutely incredible bike fitting experience; Charles can talk about the body as astutely as he can talk about bikes. For context I am attempting the full iron man. I left his fitting not only knowing more about my body and its tendencies on and off the bike, but I was given AAA knowledge on what types of bikes would work best for me. After I came back with my bike, Charles transformed what would normally be a mid range daily driver capable of doing 112 miles in the Iron Man, into a machine that I feel that I myself will be able to accomplish the full 112 miles on. After my fitting, James took the time to go over features of my bike I would have never discovered otherwise as well as impeccable tips on how to maintain the bike and keep it in tip top shape. He dialed in my bike in a way that allowed me to feel like I was perfectly at home on my bike. I couldn't imagine attempting the Iron Man without this. When the time comes to fit myself for a mountain bike, I won't even consider any other shop in town. An absolutely flawless experience that exceeded all expectations I had."

"Went for a bike fit, felt like i wasted $400... they only wanted me to buy a bike from them and did not have my best interest in mind. Was completely underwhelmed with the fitting services and the environment overall. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for anything. Will not be going back or recommending anyone else to go there. They’re all great guys and extremely knowledgeable of the industry... might not find a group with more expertise than them. However, just not a great environment.
