"Layla is the best sales associate! I was in a hurry to get a gift and she helped me pick a fitting gift in 15 min. If you need style advice ask for her!"

"Well sadly I feel that you must look like your made of a ton of money to get help at this store. I went in ready to spend some money. If they had the items in stock that I was looking to by on line. But I must have looked broke because the girls helped three other customers who come in after me. And when I went to try things on was given a look. Final straw was when I asked for a different size the lady was like you need a large be for I could tell her no I needed a small the medium was to big around my waist. She give me that whatever you won’t fit it smirk. Won’t go back to that store again and honestly may not buy off the sit either. Well they lost a sale. The clothes were great fitted well."

"Don't bother with the monthly membership credit. You only get one item (or a 2-piece outfit which is only for women's clothes - found that out too late) and most items are less than the monthly membership fee ($20-30 give or take vs $55 for the membership). Would recommend skipping every month and getting the VIP pricing for anything you want, then cancel the membership. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. Got a quick reply but seems like their hands are tied on providing any actual service. Asked if I could skip the month one day after being charged and they couldn't do it. The folks in this store were also super helpful! The first time deals are really great. Spent about $100 on 6 items. But after that I'm not sure it's worth it. The quality is nice for sure, but definitely be weary because you will overpay! ***UPDATE*** looks like they have added men's short/shirt combos which can be purchased with one member credit. Still 100% not worth the monthly cost, there are sales run almost all of the time, usually 50% off so I'd recommend skipping every month and paying for what you get. I rarely see an item that's more expensive than the member credit cost ($55)."

"I have the VIP membership which gives you good deals (wouldn't spend full price there for most items). They have a lot of cute things to wear at a decent quality (I wouldn't call it premium quality however). I have a serious problem with their shipping and ordering departments. Multiple times now I've gotten emails that my order is delayed, and the most recent one they cancelled altogether after I called wondering why my order hadn't shipped after 2-3 weeks of no updates, turns out they were out of all the items I ordered - this wasn't reflected on the website and no one bothered to email me about it until I got in touch with them. They also wanted to give me store credit vs a full refund even though the fault was on their end (I did not accept the credit and they gave me the refund). I wouldn't order things online if you want them sooner than later because their shipping is sooo slow and unreliable, and sometimes they are selling items that they no longer have in stock. I've also noticed their sizing is off (their small bras fit women with bigger bust and the leg length is very short on many pants I've ordered). Overall, I'd shop at the physical store vs online since its so unreliable. The staff at the shop are usually very helpful and you can use your VIP credits to buy things at the store too. I'll usually get a freebie when I buy certain things at the store (most of the time its a sports bra, but like I mentioned earlier the sizing is weird and a lot of them don't fit right)."

"I came to the store for a Halloween themed free Pilates class and it was awesome! The instructor, Ashley Monroe, was wonderful. She did great instruction for different levels. Afterwards we got $10 off our purchase. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall it is a great location if you're looking for higher end workout attire."
