"Angela the manager, can't stand nor I'd trained by her store policies. She even had to read the receipt, not only that but had the nerve to tell me to do research on a product because she won't do a refund on any electronics. The cashier was great and even agreed with me about a store credit.. shout out to Robin who deserves the manager pay and title! You provided customer satisfaction"

"This store needs to change its hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the third time I have tried to come to the store because it says online that it's open until midnight. I made a 30 minute drive down here. Only to get all the way here and find out they're closed yet again before even 11:30. Again this is the third time I have wasted my time and my gas because this store has chosen to deceitfully list their hours incorrectly on their website AS WELL as on the door a separate sign sitting right inside the door all state that they are open until 12AM. Look- it's a super simple concept that alot of businesses seem to have forgotten during their time off with COVID but people don't like getting tricked and lied to. If you don't want to stay open until midnight then obviously just don't list that you're open until midnight. Just state on your website on your sign on your door that you close at 11:30. And I'm that way no one can be pissed. It's a win-win for everyone involved. You still going to go home early customer's not deceived hasn't wasted any time or gas, everyone knows what to expect.... I mean I just don't even understand why you wouldn't want to do that just to begin with. Unless it's a situation like corporate is wanting you to stay open till midnight but you are a store is choosing to instead not do that?"

"Visited this location on Sept 8 2023. Had a few returns and the cashier Sierra is sniffing the items. We looked at her strangely and she says "We have to smell the items because if it stinks we can't return them". Mind u all the tickets are attached. Never in my life Had I have a Cashier do that at any store. After returning stuff shopped around and they didn't have fitting rooms open. I didn't wanna go thru the sniff phase if it didn't work out. Also my 6 year old needed the restroom bad and they were closed! So had to go next door at Petsmart. Overall was a bad experience at this location."
