"Much like other reviews, I placed an order online and same day got notified it was available for pick up. I checked the hours on Google and Famous Footwear, drove 40 minutes there, and the store was closed. No reason why. I called the next day and the manager Jen told me that was because they're short staffed and my only option was to drive an hour and 20 min round trip *again* if I wanted this present for my mom. She didn't apologize or anything for closing early unexpectedly. I asked if she could ship, she said no. I asked if they'd close early today again, she said yes and if I was unhappy well hopefully one of her 6 interviews that day would work out, but that I should've checked the FF website hours for accurate hours. I told her that I was currently looking at them to reflect the 8 PM closing time, not 7 PM as she decided. She said "oh well you want me to cancel your order?" Poor customer service"

"Beware! I showed up to buy something while they were still open, was told they were closed (there still was customers in the store). I explained we knew exactly what we wanted and would not keep them late. We were 10 minutes to close. I proceeded to enter. Found our pic in under 1 minute and stood in line. Security was called. Then the police…. I left because at that point not worth it."
