"Corporate needs to step in and reorganize the management and staff at this Thornton location immediately. The new manager is extremely rude and offended that there are customers in shopping or just looking. The store is filthy and looks abandoned by staff. The manager on duty seemed intoxicated and unwilling to assist me or others. We have been in multiple times, and never have we been treated so horrible. Our previous experiences with Shanna (blonde) she was professional, and she had customer service skills and product knowledge, unlike new staff. I will not be returning, nor will my friends or family. We truly believe customer service is #1! With a staff that cares more about store gossip than to acknowledge customers, your business will fail."
