"I brought an outside purchased ball in to be drilled. I would not have, had I known the selection of balls they had in stock. Not a mistake I'll make again. He copied measurements off another ball I had while I was practicing. After 10 frames he showed up at my lane with the new ball, and I proceeded on knocking down 10 on the first roll of the Hammer Hazhat. I will be back next Friday to purchase another ball I'm interested in. Thanks guys!"
"I have been bowling for years and after 3 games it hurts my hand. My buddy and I went to these bowling lanes and he was talking to the guy in the shop. I told him what I was feeling turns out my spand was to long. He told me I had to fill it and re drill it. 1 week later picked up my ball. No pain whatsoever even went and bowled a city tourney 9 games in 2 days no pain. Thank you so much for your help. I will be back. Amazing customer service."

"My husband and I decided to join a league. We decided to buy our own gear. After waiting a week to get my ball we went to get it drilled. Immediately, I could tell it wasn't right. Upon returning to explain my issue, he told me I must be throwing it wrong, there was nothing wrong with my ball. After trying again, I still had issues. I returned again and told them I still had pain while bowling, only to have one hole drilled a bit larger. Aren't I the paying customer??? Why argue with me??? I still hurt after to correction so I went to a different bowling shop for a second opinion. The nice man listened to me and understood my issue. He was kind enough to spend time trying to help me, I had to buy a new ball that now fits correctly. He told me the whole grip was off and that was probably what caused my pain. I've bowled for years and never hurt while bowling EVER, even using the alley balls, so I knew I wasn't wrong. When considering joining a league and want to get your own ball, DO NOT consider this location! You may end up hurt as I am still... good luck and happy bowling ❤️"
"Just got a new ball here, great place to go. Helpful pro shop, already had the ball I wanted in stock. Large alley, slick approaches. I can't say anything about the arcade or the food, but the pro shop and lanes are 5 star."
