"In January of 2022, I purchased a new 2021 Suzuki GSXR 1000R from G-force and I must say, their post-sales service has been excellent. I recently purchased new tires and had them installed in the service department. I ordered the Pirelli Diablo Rossa IV tires only to be informed that that tire was discontinued. Ray (in parts) suggested the Pirelli Diablo Rossa Corsa tires. The Corsa tires were more expensive than the discontinued Rossa IV tires, yet when I went to get them installed, Ray informed me that they weren’t charging me for the price difference. I have had all of my services performed at G-force and their entire staff is exceptional. Danny (in service) immediately knows me when I call in and is always quick to get my motorcycle serviced. I have only great experience with G-force and I highly recommend them to everyone I know."

"I haven't really dealt with the sales department here, but the service department is on point. I've had several rounds of major work done on a couple different bikes here & minor work a bunch of times. I always get my bike back clean, complete, without weird leaks, & 100% what I asked for done. I've tried so many other shops around town. Depending on several factors like scope of work needed & urgency (quick set of new tires for example) I'd definitely go to Erico, but G-Force is always my first call now."

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Gforce. Going in as a mom by myself with an 8 year old I was worried I was going to be somewhat blown off. That was the furthest thing from the case when buying my sons dirtbike from Gforce. Jeff H. was beyond amazing ever step of the way, not once was I pressured and any question I asked in person or via email he was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The parts guy and mechanic were also beyond amazing, they explained everything to me, everyone knew my name and my sons name, everyone took the time to sit with me and explain ever part of the bike, how to mix the gas, and every single person treated me and my son with so much respect and kindness. My son enjoyed the experience and loved how everyone was so excited for him and talking to him about riding. Even after buying the bike, Jeff walked it out loaded it up for me and answered questions after they were closed when I emailed him. If my son continues riding Gforce will be my go to for every bike, I am beyond thankful for how I was treated and for my experience at Gforce"

"I couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to Brock. I was looking everywhere for a white 2023 Yamaha r7, and seemingly at the time, they were next to impossible to find. The closest one to my house was more than 75 miles away, which for a car wouldn’t typically be an issue, but this was my first bike and I wanted a shorter first ride ever on my new bike home. Low and behold, I found a posting from G-Force Powersports that said they had one in stock. I put in an inquiry online at around midnight, and I had an email, call and text from Brock the very next morning by 9:30 am. I called back, and he said the bike is still in the crate, but they could build it for me, and if I wanted to, I could put a deposit down on it to hold it for me. I decided to go down that day, and I ended up purchasing the bike sight unseen that day thanks to the confidence Brock inspired in me. It was built and ready for pickup within just a couple days (perfect timining actually, those two days were my MSF course) and he kept me updated through the whole process, as well as sent a photo of the bike upon build completion. Upon pickup, he had it ready to go, waiting for me. Every single person I had contact with here went out of their way to be kind, professional and as helpful as possible, and I would definitely recommend coming here for a purchase. I know I’ll be back for sure once I outgrow this one. Also, I just passed my 600 mile break in period with my bike. So far, it’s running beautifully and I’m taking it in for its first service later today. I will update later as to how the service department goes, but I have no doubt that I’ll be as impressed today as I was a month and a half ago."
