"2nd time here, they always poorly wrap up bras in tissue and don't even care to neatly stack underwear- just throw in ball to have me put in my own bag. Woman checking me out was having conversation with her staff that could have waited. Recommended items that were not even close to what I was looking for. They couldn't even tell me where the bra was I came in for...I'll just online shop going forward"

"2023-Oct. This store is inside Colorado Mills Mall. The floor staff were nice. However, it took so long to pay for our purchase because the register staff was new."

"I won’t be coming here again, here’s why. I had walked into the Victoria secret part of the store , looked around. I seen a bra I liked but wanted a matching set. Well I ask one of the employees there , she has short brown hair & she’s a tall white female. I asked and she told me they didn’t have the matching underwear. I thanked her and she ignored me, so I go over to the pink side & was looking for the full length bootcut leggings with the rhinestone pink logo . So I ask the girl at the counter , and she asks the other worker ( white female , short brown hair . She’s tall. ) anyways , she asked and my boyfriend is looking around and seen her look at me while my back is turned. Look at the girl who’s at the checkout desk, and point and shake her head no after she told her no the first time on the earpiece. it’s just disappointing because it’s one thing to not have it, but to be rude and make it overall uncomfortable is sad, especially because my HISPANIC friends tend to come here to this VS / pink and have the same issues, workers will watch them to see if they’re stealing, be rude to them when they ask questions. it’s not fair cause you see other ( white females ) get treated better. but moral of the story is, I will not be coming to this PINK / VS again while I’m at the mills mall, and the owner needs to hire some nicer people who don’t come off as racist. So if any girls see this , and you’re Hispanic , don’t come here. They’ll either be rude or watch you to see if you steal anything."

"Love the panty deals every time. Asked the lady at the register several times if we can get the perfume at the register. She told us the price making it seem like it is to expensive for us. I'm already getting expensive undies and bras, what's another $50? Never got us the perfume or told us where we can get it so we left."

"(Edited to state we were at the store on Saturday afternoon 6/11 in hopes that the staff working will be informed how grateful I am and how amazing they are!) The staff was extremely attentive yet not pushy at all. The young lady who helped me find my right bra size was efficient and her recommendations led to me to finding the most comfortable bras I've had in a few years. The sales person at the perfume station overheard my husband and I trying to remember what bottle we sprayed on a favored sample card. She volunteered to help us find it and within a few minutes found the exact bottle we wanted due to her fantastic knowledge of the current scents the store is carrying. Check out was fast and I love the free candle I received with my purchase. Having spent so long shopping "online" for most things during the pandemic lockdowns, I had forgotten how great the in-store shopping experience can be. (With the right staff) I walked into the mall dredding the shopping experience and I walked out with several purchases I love due to the experienced and incredibly helpful staff."
