"Our church group decided to plan a day here paddle boarding and kayaking. What a great afternoon! We had a group of about 20 people, all different ages and different abilities on the water. The employees at SurfS’UP made sure we were safe and patiently taught each person what to do. What a great experience! We were able to relax and have fun on the water. I highly recommend Surf’SUP to all my friends!"

As newbies, they completely outfitted our family with paddles, boards, and PFDs, as well as the needed gear to use our roof racks for transporting. They also helped me organize, outfit and lead a youth event, able to work with all skill levels. Very impressed and grateful! "Such a wonderful shop and crew! I went to their 4th of July special event and had a blast! We had the entire lake to our party which was amazing, especially for the 4th of July when other lakes were totally full. Nathan and Mindy are amazing, I can’t recommend the shop highly enough!"

"What started as a great, friendly experience turned into a bitter one. I rented a paddle board and a kayak on a Friday during the school year- not busy! The guy at the shop said I was ONE of TWO reservations that day.... And it ended up being an incredibly rainy day. We (my two young daughters and I) picked up the equipment, drove to the lake, blew up the paddle board & kayak, set up camp (canopy, table, chairs, etc). Just as we were about to head to the water it started to drizzle, then poured. We packed up camp, deflated all the equipment and headed back to the store. We were gone no more than 3 hours- the equipment never touched the water. I am a reasonable person. Surf'SUP does not control the weather. I requested a credit to come back another day and get the full $137.80 worth of fun that I paid for. Not a refund, just a credit so my girls and I could get back out on the water. On a weekday with 1 other rental out- not a holiday weekend or a busy summer day I was informed that no I would not be able to get a credit but they would send me a $25 coupon. Which I still have NOT received. Thanks for the verbal middle finger to your customers. Bummer."
