"At first I was really excited to have found Total Office Solutions. I walked in (something they don't experience often) looking for a stand to help my small business. After finding a model that I loved, they put the order in for it and called me when it was ready (a day earlier than expected; I was out of town). Due to an error in their system, they needed me to come back in with payment so they could finish the transaction (the money I thought had gone to them went to other important biz expenses, so I needed a week to be able to go back with payment). A week later I received a voice mail from them. I called back during business hours to apologize for delay and to inform them I would be there in a week or two to pay and pick it up. The person I spoke to said they would "keep it there as long as [I] needed and could pick it up whenever." Today (within the window I told the woman is be there), I showed up to pay and pick up my stand. They told me they sent it back because they "couldn't get ahold of me". I spoke *to one of their employees* LAST WEEK who assured me it would be there when I went to pick it up. To get the same product I ordered a while ago would be to wait another few days for them to get it in and then struggle to find time to make it into their location in between my busy client schedule a second time. From this customer's perspective, they're great at finding what you need, not so great at communicating within their own business so you can pick up what you ordered, especially if you're a small business owner with a very busy schedule."
