Big Lots

"I stopped by the South Academy Big Lots in Colorado Springs after work on January 2, 2024. I noticed a young disabled woman on the floor that was only wearing a shirt and underwear. An employee there stated she had been there since 1p and I arrived at the store about 6:20p. I called 911 because one female employees stated that they could not call because Biglots would be charged for her ambulance ride. Shame on the staff there and Biglots if that's your policy."

"Pretty good selection. It's about the same as every other one with cleanliness and organization. Lots of parking and the employees were pretty friendly. It's not hard to find one if you need help, but they don't constantly break your train of thought by interrupting you so that's nice. Checking the dates on clearance items, there weren't any I noticed that were expired or on the verge of it. Overall pleasant experience. They still have several options for credit and leasing larger items that you usually need around 600 credit score to qualify for and they have awesome deals to work with almost any financial need, even zero interest alot of times."

"I had a good experience at this Big Lots location. It was not very busy around 5PM which was nice. The store was clean and I was able to quickly find everything I was looking for. The folks who work here are very friendly and always willing to help. I will definitely return here in the future."
