"A great hike with beautiful views. Be ready to do some elevation and bring your spikes in the winter."
"Good hike, 4.6 miles loop, the level is moderate or even easier, not crowded at all, nice view from the top."
"Really great trail for wildflower hikes. Nice views at the top. And it's not too steep or technical. ~5 miles round trip."
"Arrived at 9:30 and only one other car in the parking lot. I didn’t see anyone else until I was almost back to the trailhead. The trail map can be a bit confusing once you get out on them. I took a counter clockwise approach which seemed to cross Elkhorn Loop a couple of times. Ravens Roost Trail is constant elevation gain for a bit more than a mile totaling more than 650 feet. It was worth it though. The gravity assist of heading down Oxen Draw was that much sweeter since the uphill climb was behind me. I took a brief excursion up Eagle’s View which was worth it. The vistas are great. Raven’s Roost was a steep dirt trail while Oxen Draw narrows to mostly a single track with more rocks to step over. There was some very interesting geo morphology in many of the rocks along Oxen Draw. Once you figure out the trail system Reynolds Park is a quiet place to commune with nature."
"Visited 5/15, got there at 7a and was the 3rd car in the parking lot. Weather could not have been nicer. The hike up to Eagle’s View Trail is pretty steep for a little over a mile. But it levels out nicely up top for a bit. And the view, oh my goodness, this was my very first Colorado hike and I couldn’t have been happier with it. Absolutely beautiful up there. Very friendly folks on the trails too. Got a recommendation to grab breakfast in Conifer at the Aspen Perk Cafe, by a guy I met while taking in the views (a good recommendation, BTW). Lots of well-behaved on-leash dogs too. Overall, a sublime couple of hours out hiking! Will definitely be back again."
