"I like Sierra, but this place was dirty, unorganized, and just a complete mess. It wasn't busy when I visited. The manager needs to get staff out on the floor and do a sweep to pick up and clean. I'm a retail operations manager and I would never allow my stores to look like this. This was a Thursday mid day visit."
"I love Sierra so much that my husband Tim goes out of his way to make sure he gets me something like a present almost every week. I just love that he's so enthusiastic about getting so many gifts for me and he can totally shop for me with no problem whatsoever and has great taste and is the best husband that a girl could have and loves to shop for me for anything right down to my bloomers! Haha"
"Great deals on quality products. Be prepared to spend a little time looking through the selections but if you are, you'll likely leave with some true gems at a steal of a price."
"Line is 10 deep and only 2 positions open and one lady is walking around checking returned boxes. Not having a clue about good customer service. Cannot the boxes wait? Oh now she is going out to get carts in the parking lot. OK. Now the line is 12 deep"
"Not what it used to be. They don't have the big brands anymore. You really have to dig to find one if you are so lucky. They seem to have so many off-brands. Everything seems so unorganized, also. I went to look at winter gloves, and there didn't seem to be a separate men's and women's rack. Everything was thrown together where I had to sort and find the men's gloves. I gave up after a few minutes, only finding women's."
