"Went here on the advice of my contractor. I'm a real estate agent and also flip homes and have my own business around that, tax id, etc. The folks there weren't very pleasant to deal with. Because I only flip 3 to 5 homes a year they said my volume is too small. Plus they said they only deal with contractors. Hey, it's their business and their tight to serve who they want. I don't begrudge them that. But, as someone who makes their living in sales, I found it intereting that I'm prepared to spend $10,000 on cabinets and because of some business practice they weren't interested in my money. Anyway, I'm sure they have very nice cabinets."

"We recently did a kitchen remodel and although the J&K cabinet materials are great, the design and fabrication was horrible. The design of the face frame and hinge placement causes the doors to be interfere with adjacent pantry cabinets/ doors/ walls/ refrigerators or anything else that a cabinet would be mounted next to. As a design engineer that has experience with fine woodworking, it is easy to see the issue with the face frame/ hinge placement. We had to use washers to shim the doors on some cabinets and literally cut the doors down on others, to make them functional. Originally, we had to warranty almost half of the cabinet doors as they were warped and had multiple cabinets that were bowed that we didn’t know about until they were installed and then J&K won’t warranty them. Overall, the cabinets look good and use good materials, but I have had to invest a lot of time modifying them to make them functional. I would NEVER use these again and NOT recommend the Transitional line, to anyone. The other lines might be fine, but this one is horrible."

"We were told our order would be reviewed for accuracy. That obviously didn’t happen because we were given the wrong size roll out trays. Since they wouldn’t let us swap them for the correct size we are forced to sell them here. So before you order them for J+K, save some money and buy them from us! Asking 100 for both. (2) RD33 Roll Out Trays, 29W x 3 3/4H x 22D, 13 lbs. Typically $82.95 each"

"At the beginning of the job their measurements were completely wrong. I had to extend the soffit 4 inches to make it work. It was quicker to do it this way than wait for them to get the correct measurements and caninets. Then I received poor quality cabinets. Couple of their cabinets were so warped that even after trying to adjust the doors, they still rubbed on the face. Replacement cabinets they sent were poorly assembled, screws missed and were exposed on the inside of cabinet. After getting it replaced a 3rd time, they sent it unassembled saying that they would no longer replace them with assembled cabinets. Very poor customer service as well. Added at least 2 weeks to get this job completed with all the hassle of getting some what quality cabinets. Would not ever recommend J&K."
