"Count me dissatisfied. The on-mountain photo-taking experience itself was fine. So if all you want are the digital copies for $250, OK. However, my experience dealing with the shop at Mountain Village (someone named Bob in particular) was so negative that I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. Also the quality of the frame I received (called barn wood) was so cheap + it was the wrong size + the glass shattered during shipping. A poor value and a worse customer experience working with them to try to fix it. I don't think I've ever posted a public negative review before, but my experience was so bad that I feel compelled to do so in this case."

"Have purchased many photos from Elevation over the years. They have photographers located around the mountain taking portraits and action photos. Sessions are free. Prints can be pricey but understandable as this is the manner in which the business makes money. Photographers have captured some memorable moments of our family over the years."
