"We were very disappointed with our last experience with CW. We specifically ordered a 72" vanity bathroom cabinet with Holly Dyer as our sales person. She took it upon herself to order a 69" cabinet with a 3" filler. She claimed she ordered it that way due to the style of cabinet that we ordered but there was no discussion prior to the order being placed. My husband specified in three different emails the requested 72" cabinet. Needless to say when the cabinet arrived it was not the correct size we ordered. (Who puts a 3" filler next to a wall when you only need an inch to clear the door trim). So therefore we had to order another cabinet to the specified size we originally order and were told we owed another $600.00 and 22 weeks out to receive it. We came to a mutual agreement of $300 w/ the owner and asked to expedite the order. We felt we should not have had to pay an additional amount as it was not our error. The owner seemed to be unable to have any say on expediting our order and left it up to the cabinet manufacture. We did end up receiving the new cabinet a month later but it was very disappointing on the lack of communication on when we would actually receive it. It was very frustrating as they claim they will help their customers in any way. We will not be using this company in the future."
